This End User License Agreement (“License”) applies to your use of solana beats (“the App”).

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this License and the Terms of Use, rowel cisnero grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the App on a compatible device for personal, lawful, non-commercial gameplay.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

• sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the App;
• copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by applicable law or applicable open source licenses;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the App except where allowed by applicable law;
• remove or alter copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices;
• use the App to develop malware, cheating tools, unauthorized automation, or services that disrupt other apps, networks, wallets, or devices;
• use the App in a way that violates applicable law, store policy, third-party terms, or the rights of others.

3. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. rowel cisnero retains all rights, title, and interest in the App and original solana beats materials, except for third-party components and open source software that are owned by their respective rights holders.

4. Open Source and Third-Party Software

The App may include open source software and third-party components. Those components are licensed under their own license terms. Nothing in this License limits your rights under applicable open source licenses.
